More About Priya Mishra
With over 25 years of experience, Priya is a seasoned human resources leader. As the Chief Talent Officer at the firm, she oversees the entire spectrum of the function, from talent acquisition and management to compensation, performance management and more. She is also responsible for culture and diversity in the firm.
Priya’s career spans HR functions across industries. Before joining Burson India in 2014, she led HR for the Bangalore location for Ernst and Young-Global Shared Services, with over 4500 employees. In this role, she led the location HR processes as well as engagement, with a significant impact on employee satisfaction and attrition control.
Prior to that, she has worked in the IT services, consulting, pharma, and education sectors, gathering a deep understanding of the different facets of people management in every role.
With an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Priya also holds post graduate degree followed by a doctorate in political science.
