Chang-Hee (CH) Lee is Executive Vice President of Burson. CH joined H&K in 2002 and has played a vital role in building the success of the company to date. CH brings 30 years of PR and marketing experiences from in-house and agencies. He oversees heads of practices and client management, and spearheads new business development for the company.

In this role, CH provides trusted counsel and strategic planning for multinational and Korean corporations and the government. His knowledge of the Korean government, regulatory environment and media relations is extremely valuable to clients requiring complex stakeholder management skills in the challenging Korean market. CH has experience with many automobile businesses, including Mercedes Bents, Audi, Hyundai Automobile, Hansung Motors and Hankook Tire. He also led many multi-national corporations such as Novatis, Johnson & Johnson, Fedex, BASF and Huawei.

He also handled many government projects. including the President’s Office of Korea and numerous Korean ministries including the Ministry of Defense, Health and Welfare, Economy, Finance and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as well as organizing the committee of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games. He also supported several important international government-led bids, such as the 2012 Yeseo World Expo, the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, the 2011 Daegu World Athletic Championship and the World Cup Games.

CH offers valuable insights and communication consultations for crisis and issue management for clients requiring high-level intelligence to diverse stakeholder management, including the government, regulatory bodies, NGOs and the media. He also provides effective C-suite communication and spokesperson training.

Prior to joining Synergy H&K, CH worked for a Korean conglomerate company, Shinsegae, as marketing & PR director for 10 years. He also worked as a marketing manager for the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
