Before embarking on her journey with Burson Thailand, Walaiklao served as a Senior Account Manager at a prestigious international PR agency. In this capacity, she held the reins for the PR endeavors of clients hailing from IT, logistics, travel & tourism, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her client portfolio included industry giants such as Samsung, FedEx, adidas, and Skyscanner.
She holds a Master's Degree in International Negotiation from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rennes France, showcasing her commitment to global communication and cooperation.
