More About Steve Behm
Steve prepares clients across a wide spectrum of work, including corporate reputation management, strategic transformation and change management programs, employee engagement and culture programs, public affairs and crisis response and data-driven, AI-enhanced performance programs. For executive development, Steve has helped hone the voice of some of the most admired and respected CEOs and top-ranked executives through a series of tabletops, media trainings and executive coaching sessions. He has also served as a counselor to dozens of executives who are put into a spokesperson and ambassador roles for the companies and industries they lead.
Prior to his agency experience, Steve worked in Washington in government and on political campaigns for over a decade representing U.S. Senators and Congressmen from the Midwest, including members of the House Ways and Means Committee, Agriculture Committee and Energy and Commerce. He has been a contributor to CNN, The Washington Journal, Business Week, Crisis Manager and numerous industry panels. He was named an “Up and Comer” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a 40 Under 40 by PRWeek and has won each of the industry’s top honors across a number of campaigns, including ones featuring corporate positioning, executive communications, community relations, crisis communications and public-private sector initiatives. His teams’ work earned the firm’s coveted Chairman’s Award for Client Service three times, won an Emmy award for his team’s development of a public service campaign to stop child prostitution and was given the firm’s global values award for pro bono work done on behalf of the City of Orlando following the Pulse nightclub shooting.
