- Communicate a market entry amidst the COVID-19 pandemic (online store in May 2020 then city store in February 2021)
- Prepare a crisis communications strategy to protect the brand against potential reputation risks and crisis situations
- Communicate a suspension of operations in Ukraine amidst full-scale war start in early 2022, as well as continued support for Ukraine and Ukrainians through numerous CSR initiatives
